Every two years, new Chicago Bridge members take Leadership Core positions. Members who are looking to greatly increase their professional skills and connections, add valuable work experience to their resume, and lead a growing group of energetically charged aging professionals should apply. The Chicago Bridge leadership is flat, there is no hierarchy. All members have an influence in what the group does and how it moves and grows. The group is member driven, but the leadership helps to lead the group in directions that are shown as an interest by others. Leaders meet at least on a monthly basis to discuss activity in the Chicago Bridge and move forward on new projects.
Chicago Bridge has become locally and nationally recognized and new leaders are expected to maintain this established reputation.
