March 21st 6-8pm “Culture Change: The Person-Centered Dementia Care Approach”

Please join us for the March Chicago Bridge event. We will have an amazing presentation and discussion on the issues of Culture Change: The Person-Centered Dementia Care Approach . Courtney Bouker will be guest speaker.

Courtney Bouker is the Marketing Director at Arden Courts of Northbrook. She is a licensed nursing home administrator, with experience in various roles in Continuing Care Retirement Communities specializing in person-centered care. Previously, she worked as a Specialist for the Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Illinois Chapter, training professionals to work with people with memory loss. Courtney is on the Board of the Illinois Pioneer Coalition, a Board dedicated to person-centered care and culture change and heads up the education committee.

Jaimie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Chicago, IL and received her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
