Chicago Bridge Social and Support Group BBQ Review

The Chicago Bridge Social and Support Group held their first summer BBQ. On Saturday August 7, 2010 at Montrose Beach about fifteen people came together to share food and one another’s company. The cool breeze rolling of the lake provided some reprieve from the heat of the summer. Chicago Bridge members came out and brought along spouses, friends, and even a pug to mingle with the group. It was a great way to get to know new people and to enjoy the culinary skills of Chicago Bridge members. Special thanks to Carmen Wyttenbach for organizing the pot luck and to Joe Ferguson for being our grill master! We hope to make this an annual Chicago Bridge event!

The Chicago Bridge Support and Social Program works to create opportunities outside of our monthly meeting for socializing, learning, and fun. These events are open to all Chicago Bridge members and can be a great way for new members to get to know other members in a casual environment. If you have any questions or would like to join the Bridge Social and Support Group please e-mail supportandsocialgooglegroups.com. Keep an eye out for future events!
