The Annual Planning Meeting – All Chicago Bridge Members Invited!

Some parking available and accessible by the Green and Pink Lines and the Ashland Bus

Please join us for an extremely interactive evening where you can meet new people in the field of aging. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in programming for 2010 and our new and exciting initiatives. It may be cold outside but it will be warm and welcoming inside with food and beverages provided by our gracious host.

Jaimie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Chicago, IL and received her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. After working at the Alzheimer's Association, National Office in Family Programs, Jaimie now works as the Resource Navigator at the Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer's Disease Center of Northwestern University. As the Resource Navigator, Jaimie works with patients and families living with a diagnosis of dementia in the Neurobehavior and Memory Clinic.
