We welcome all orignal submissions from anyone with something to say about working as an emerging professional in the field of aging. The article must be an original piece, which has not been published on any other website or blog. We are always looking for professionals and students alike in the field of aging who would like to have the opportunity to get their opinions, analysis, or story out to a wide audience:

Why would I do this?

The simple answer is to increase exposure and build your career. This is a creative, fun, and impactful way to build your skills and your career. Already, our writers are making connections to others in the field because of their blog posts, some writers have been asked to speak at events as an expert in their subject.  You never know what doors your article could open up for you! There are so many opportunities available, but first you have to get those ideas on paper.

I can’t write!

Every article is gone over by an editor before it is published. The editor will do whatever it takes to make your article polished and professional. Can I be a regular contributor?

We are looking for dedicated professionals who would like to be a permanent member of our writing team. Again, contact us if you would like to discuss this further.

 In 2011, the Chicago Bridge had four dedicated writers and editors who published 6 articles for the year. In 2012, the Chicago Bridge Featured Writers and Editors are growing.
